Beginning Tuesday, January 27 at 10:00 am CT, THECB will be transitioning to new Power BI versions of the Institutional Online Resumes and CBM Reporting Status Dashboard tools. These links will be set to redirect to the new pages on https://www.txhighereddata.org/. Our IT department has informed us that no other THECB pages should see downtime during the scheduled 10:00 am to 5:00 pm change window.

NOTE: The Institutional Online Resumes tool will be temporarily unavailable for a period of up to a few weeks as we transition to the new version of the tool. A memo was sent to the Chief Reporting Official, Chief Academic Officer, and Chief Instructional Officer distribution lists today, January 23, with this information. We will provide notice when the new tool is in place.

  • If needed, you can download a copy of your institution’s Online Resume(s) before the scheduled downtime begins on Tuesday, January 27 at 10:00 am CT using the current tool.

The new CBM Reporting Status Dashboard is expected to be live on the site before the end of the 10:00 am to 5:00 pm change window that day. The more frequently used CBM Reporting Status tool will not be affected by these changes and will not see downtime.
