Perkins Career and Technical Education Improvement Act of 2006 (Perkins IV) and the ammended Act of 2018, The Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act (Perkins V), as part of the on-line application for the Perkins Basic Grant and the Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment (CLNA), institutions were required to assess their federal core indicator performance compared to state targets and outline strategies for improvement related to Carl D.
