Academic Performance of 2-Year College Transfer Students at Texas Public Universities

Texas Education Code ยง51.403 requires that "postsecondary institutions shall report student performance during the first year enrolled after graduation from high school to the high school or junior college last attended. This report shall include, but not be limited to, appropriate student test scores, a description of developmental courses required, and the student's grade point average." The report reflects the performance of community college students in the first year after they transferred to a 4-year institution, including the persistence in the second year of study.
