Top 10% Annual Report Updated
As required by Texas Education Code Section 51.803 (l), the Coordinating Board publishes an annual report on the impact of the Top 10% Law on the state's goal of closing college access and achievement gaps under Closing the Gaps, the state's master plan for higher education. The 2013 edition of this report, which includes application and enrollment data from 2009 to 2012, is now available online and can be accessed at Top 10% Annual Report.
